Do we need a credit card?
No. You try Blixtflow free for 14 days without a card. If you want to continue, pick Start, Team or Pro in the system.
Where is our customers’ data stored?
In the EU. A data processing agreement is included, and you decide how long tickets are kept.
Does it work with our existing email?
Yes. Connect Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365 or any email. Replies are sent from your address as usual.
How does the AI receptionist work?
You get a Swedish number or forward your existing one. The receptionist answers – in Swedish, Arabic, English and more languages – books and summarises. You listen and read everything afterwards.
Can the whole team use it?
Yes. Everyone gets a seat with their own login, role and channels. Customers and project guests are free.
Do we get help getting started?
Yes. We help you with the connections, and you reach support directly in the system – in the same inbox, of course.
What do calls cost?
Telephony is billed per minute on top of the plan. You see usage in the system.
