How it started

1. The start

   Blixtflow started as an internal tool at Blixtgo, an agency building websites and stores for clinics, workshops and online retailers.

2. The problem

   They all had the same problem: customers wrote everywhere, and nobody saw everything.

3. The inbox

   So we built an inbox that gathered it all.

4. The receptionist

   Then a receptionist that answered the phone when nobody could. Then the rest.

5. Today

   Today Blixtflow is a product of its own – and we use it ourselves, every day, for our own support.
